Special Guest Dr. Brandon Van Dyck to Conduct Panel Discussion

Have you ever wondered about tensions on college campuses today regarding free speech versus political correctness? Join Dr. Brandon Van Dyck, Assistant Professor of Government and Law at Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, for a presentation on the subject. The discussion will take place at noon, April 1, at the Hermann Lounge in Hunter Activity Center.

The hour-long presentation will focus on whether colleges should protect the right to express viewpoints that may be hurtful or offensive to others.

Other panelists involved in the discussion include Kiva Nice-Webb, Chaplain and Director of the Center for Faith and Service, and Lydia Creech ’19. Light refreshments will be served.

The “Free Speech vs. Political Correctness” panel discussion is hosted by the Churchill Institute for Global Engagement. For more information on the Institute, go here
